Serip and stunning Chalet le Rocher..

In Milan I met a supplier of amazing hand made lights. It's Portuguese company that has been making lights for over 50 years. Very unique and beautiful. They can make anything you want, you can even design it yourself. One thing they do not do is copy. The idea is, there's not one identical piece.

Serip. These pictures were taken by me at the fair.

"It started as a dream... An architect's vision of a masterpiece ; the ultimate chalet, built against a vast baskdrop of rock nestled deep within the Alps. And so Le Rocher was created in Val d'Isère, a sumptous chalet bursting with charm and endless character."
Serip was the only company that has agreed to put the lights outside of the chalet, as you see in the first picture. Beautiful interior and exterior, these lights add something exotic, yet natural to the space. I know I always talk about this, but take a closer look to notice the combination of textures they used. Wood and stone, glass, leather, bronze and yet country style fabric for the curtains. And it worked.

How amazing are these armchairs?!

Notice the carved detail of the ceiling above the bed..
